Can I view the products in the shop?

The products available in the online shop can also be viewed and purchased in the museum shop. The museum shop is open daily and can be visited without an admission ticket. 

What are the shipping costs?

Depending on the weight of your parcel, shipping costs could vary. The following rates are the minimum shipping costs. The actual shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver orders within four workdays within Belgium. If your delivery address is not in the Netherlands or Belgium, delivery will take a little longer. The following table provides an indication of the waiting period.

When your order is to be delivered to an address outside of the European Union, such as to the United Kingdom, please bear in mind that surcharges may be payable upon receipt, such as clearance charges, taxes and/or import duties.
** Delivery times are in workdays, which means Mondays to Fridays.

Where is my order?

You can track your order at all times using the track-and-trace code that was emailed to you. If you have not received that notification, the email may have ended up in your spam inbox or the delivery may not yet have been dispatched.  

Why was my order not confirmed?

On occasion, an order confirmation may end up in your spam inbox, so please check it. If you have not received a confirmation by email within 30 minutes of placing an order, please contact us at [email protected].

Applicable law and competent courts

Belgian law is applicable to this website and to all orders.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Antwerp court district have sole jurisdiction.


It is easy to return a product, and all orders placed online may be returned within 14 days of receipt of that order. If a product is received that is damaged, then please email us first at [email protected]

Once we have received your returned order in good condition, we shall refund the payable purchase sum within 14 days. You will be credited using the same payment method you employed to originally pay for your order. Shipping charges for returning your order are not reimbursed.

How do I return my order or a part of my order?

Step 1. Check whether the period of 14 days for returns (after receipt of your order) has not expired. If that is the case, complete the returns form.

Step 2. If you still have the original packaging, then please pack your product in the packaging together with the package cushioning. If the original packaging is no longer available, another box will be fine. Don't forget to enclose the completed returns form!

Step 4. Hand over your package to the delivery company of your choice. The shipping charges for returning your package are not refunded. If you opt to have a track-and-trace code for your package, then make sure you retain the proof of shipping or make a copy thereof. That document demonstrates you have returned your package to us, and if it is lost en route, we will be able to assist you if you furnish that proof of shipping.

Can I also return an order placed in the online shop to the museum shop?

An online order can also be returned to the museum shop.
