Does the statutory guarantee apply?
The statutory guarantee applies to all products listed on our website. A statutory guarantee means that a product is or must do that which a customer can reasonably expect thereof. KMSKAshop is responsible for the delivery of a product that is in good condition. This product must not exhibit any defects that cannot be reasonably expected under normal usage conditions for its expected lifespan. Should that occur, then we shall repair or replace the product.
There is no timeframe with respect to the above right, as one product lasts longer than another. Moreover, one can expect more of one product than of another. The rules in this respect are set out in the law and in our terms and conditions of sale.
